CASEMENT WESTPORT WINDOWS
Stormproof Casement
This Range offers a very secure choice for your property. These windows have been installed in some of the country’s high spots for crime and have an impressive track-record of resisting attack down to their engineering and design which meets exact Secure by design Standards. As well as being design compliant and tested to BS7950 enhanced security they are a beautiful choice of timber windows, offering low maintenance and good weather resistance. System X (Flush Casement)
System X are an A rated windows that are a flush design available as a top turn with integral restrictor and fully reversible sash which allows for easy cleaning. They are practical as they are weather resistance with a foul weather performance to BS6375 parts 1 and 2 and offer high security as they are design compliant and tested to BS7950 enhance security. As a Timber window they can be manufactured to meet planning requirements for sensitive locations in traditional styles. They come as standard with key locking handles and friction hinges offering a restricted opening (night vent position) and can be fitted with a Build-in child proof restrictor. SLIDING SASH WITH CORDS AND WEIGHTS:
This style is a perfect choice for conservation areas and listed buildings as it is the original system used and really helps to achieve that authentic, historic feel. They are manufactured with durable nylon cords and pulleys that offer a Beautiful traditional window with a long reliable service life. This range can be customised to achieve various styles and has a large horn style available ensuring we can find the correct window to complement your area.

This product comes standard as a large box section 170mm, but can also be offered in a small size 140mm and can also be manufactured as a fire escape option.
SLIDING SASH WITH SPIRAL BALANCES:
This is a more modern system used in Sash Windows where the sash is filled with pre-tensioned spring balances that provides equal tension which perfectly matches the weight of the sash. This system is used to prevent the window from rising or dropping when the window is left open. Even though this is a more modern version of the Sash it is still an ideal choice for conservation buildings. This profile is more slender than the cords and weights and is available in a 170mm (standard size) an a 140mm small size.
